Then, they take digital impressions of your teeth using the iTero® digital scanner. They add these scans into Invisalign’s proprietary software to design your custom plan.

Invisalign’s lab creates your clear aligners. You wear a new set every one to three weeks to stay on track with your treatment, and per day, you should wear Invisalign for 22 hours.

To keep your trays clean, the team encourages you to take Invisalign out when you eat and drink anything except water. Make sure to rinse your mouth and your clear aligners before replacing them in your mouth. If possible, try to brush and floss after each meal.
